This
book was written in order to provide both students and teachers of Manual
Therapy with access to a comprehensive source detailing assessment and treatment
techniques for the lower limb.
The years we have dedicated to this book have seen tremendous advances in
functional anatomy, biomechanics and rehabilitation. We have strived to incorporate
the most recent research in order to make the techniques presented as contemporary
as possible.
The text includes
560 pages with detailed assessment and treatment techniques for both basic and advanced levels of manual therapy, including grade V mobilisations. Almost 800 photographs illustrating the text.
Pathology with related photographs, including lymphoedema, leg length discrepancy, tendon ruptures, bursal infection, neurological wasting, osteoarthritis, dislocations, congenital deformities, osteophytes, and others.
Surface anatomy and bony anatomy.
